Overview
- You will be picked up in private transport from your hotel/Riad in Marrakech at around 9:00 a.m.
- If your accommodation or Riad is located within the medina, a suitable pickup point will be arranged with you
- The Imlil Valley is located at the foot of the majestic Jebel Toubkal and is the highest peak in North Africa (alt 4167m)
- Imlil is around 82 km from Marrakech and is approximately a 2.5-hour drive
- This is often the base for treks to Mount Toubkal
- You will visit the Berber village of Tahnaout, which has a local farmers market twice a week. Then cross Rherhaia Gorge until you arrive at Asni, then on to Imlil valley
- This is an opportunity to enjoy the peace and beauty of high mountains as well as the quiet and remote villages so far away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech
- There will be an opportunity to visit a Berber house with stops along the way to giving you the opportunity to take some photos
- You will also have your lunch at a local hotel in the village
- Please note the terrain can be very uneven and so comfortable walking shoes are advised
- Return to Marrakech with drop off at our near your hotel/riad at around 17:00/17:30

Full day tour
- This is a private tour with private transport, driver
- It gives you the opportunity to see the countryside outside Marrakech
- Transportation will be arranged at your convenience for pick up at your hotel or Riad
- If your Riad is inside the Medina and is not accessible for a vehicle, a meeting point will be agreed a short walk away
- You will receive pick up details via your WhatsApp or email before the trip
- Upon return to Marrakech you will be dropped off at or near your hotel/Riad
