some of the top sights in Marrakech

This tour will be of particular interest if you are unfamiliar around the medina

and ensures that you see the key

attractions inside the Medina, you get to know the area generally with the

help of a knowledgeable local guide

Shopping can be done later by yourself

Overview

The tour will commence at around 8:30/9:00 a.m with your guide
This tour will start either:
- at your hotel, assuming that your hotel is in the Marrakech centre (i.e. the Medina, Hivernage or Gueliz) OR
- meet your guide at Jemma El Fna (main square in the Medina). Your guide will meet you at a designated time and please, particularly if your hotel is outside the city centre area
This is an excellent tour to acquaint you with the Medina.
The guide's purpose is to show you the main monuments and familiarise you with the Medina - it is not for shopping - you can do that alone at your own pace
Once you have met your guide you will begin your walk to the Saadian Tombs, through the Mellah and onto the Bahia Palace
You will then return to Jemma El Fna through the souks with a final visit across the square to visit the outside of Koutabia Mosque and gardens
Once in Jemma El Fna, the guide will then take you to a local restaurant for lunch
After lunch the tour will finish at around 14:30
You then have free time to visit around the souks or return back to your hotel

Half-day tour

This is a private half-day tour with a private personal guide for your tour
Your guide will meet you at your city centre hotel/Riad. Alternatively, the guide will meet you in Jemma El Fna square inside the Medina at an agreed place and time
It gives you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the Medina and visit the main monuments
You will receive pick up details via your WhatsApp or email before the trip
Your tour will finish after lunch at around 14:30
